ISLAMABAD, Sep 11 (APP):Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) an attached department of Ministry of overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD) would export the skilled workforce to an African country Ghana in the field of construction.
An official source told APP here on Tuesday, he said that the demand of Pakistani workforce increasing day by day in the different countries because Pakistani workers are very hard workers as compare to the other labour force of the region countries.
He said that Ghana required flooring and decorative concrete specialist with minimum of 8 years experience in concrete works, waterproofing, and flooring systems.
Well experienced in epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems, capable of waterproofing new structures and existing
structures, capable of casting perfectly leveled concrete slabs and sceeds, must speak and write English, able to understand construction maps, basic computer knowledge ( excel, word, etc. ).
The source revealed that Male with the age of 30-40 Years will be the suitable for above jobs and salary package
400-800 US$ as per the candidate’s skills and experience.
In addition, he told about the term & conditions of the job that the company will provide accommodation,
the company will provide transportation for local movements (like motorbike), end of every year return air ticket to their home country, if the employee doesn’t want to go back to Pakistan then he can claim equal amount of return air ticket or one-month extra salary whichever is higher.
Company will not provided the Insurance. Employee should do insurance from their self if required.
