ISLAMABAD, Sep 16 (APP):Minister for Information, Broadcasting, National Heritage and Culture Attaullah Tarar on Monday expressed profound grief and sorrow over demise of Senior Director of Pakistani film industry Altaf Hussain.
The minister, in a condolence message, sympathized with the bereaved family, while highlighting the deceased’s contribution for the Pakistani film industry.
Altaf Hussain directed many memorable films in his life and contributed to the uplift of the Pakistan’s film industry through his sheer hard work and dedication, the minister noted.
He said the death of Altaf Hussain is an irreparable loss not only to the Pakistani film industry but also to the entire country.
The minister lauded the services and contributions of Altaf Hussain for the film industry.
He prayed to the Almighty to rest the departed soul in the eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
